The 1999 Ekcess Hoodie Elk is a boxy oversized fit hoodie featuring a single piece hood, front pouch pocket, and signature rats tail. Made from heavyweight inverted loopback fleece in Elk, it includes seasonal front embroidery, metal hood plate, and tonal T-box and 4x4 embroidery.
